There are several portals on the Please Select Your Portal page. Please check to make sure you have selected the correct portal by matching the information provided on other office documents you may have received.
The Physician Practice Portal is generally for doctor offices. The Hospital 病人门户 is for hospital in-patient records, Emergency Room records or labs/xrays performed at the hospital. Birth Certificates are available from the City of Oneida Clerk’s Office.
